L’Acquario Kaiyukan di Osaka è una tappa obbligatoria per chiunque visiti la città. Fantastico sia per adulti che per i bambini, fin dall’ingressi si è circondati da una galleria d’acqua con pesci tropicali di tutti i colori. L’attrazione principale è la grandissima vasca circolare al centro dell’acquario, intorno alla quale si sviluppano i diversi piani con esibizioni speciali e le varie specie di pesci, anfibi, molluschi meduse e chi più ne ha più ne metta! Si può vedere lo squalo balena, il più grande pesce del pianeta con addirittura 12 metri di lunghezza!
BONUS: si possono collezionare i timbri di tantissime specie presenti nell’acquario!
Kaiyukan Aquarium in Osaka is definitely something we’d recommend to anybody visiting Osaka. This is a very interesting and fun activity, both for adults and children. From the very beginning of the tour you are surrounded by water, in a gallery where tropical fishes are swimming away. The main attraction is the big circular tank which houses one whale shark, and the venue floors are all constructed around this, so you can see the fishes from different levels.
BONUS: Rossella found it extra-fun to collect all the stamps of different colours, for all of the main fishes and animals of the aquarium

Towards the end of the aquarium, there is a big touch pool where you get to touch the sea animals. Very weird slimy feeling 🙂
